How to Stalk Hunt for Wild Turkey

Stalking for wild turkey!  Can you really do that?......  Well, no one said it was easy!  😉

In this video I show you how to sneak up on wild Rio Grande Turkeys.  It is probably on of the most difficult hunting task to accomplish, but with patience and determination it can be done.  This video was not a planned event.  I just some happened to be outside working on my farm when I saw a flock of turkeys cross my field about 400 yards off.  I do not have any wild turkeys that live on my land, and since it was the first day of spring turkey, I knew they had come up to my land because they were being hunted in the valley a mile to my south.  I seldom get the chance to hunt turkey on my land and I was not about to miss this rare opportunity to put some delicious Rio Grande turkey on my table.  After going in and getting all dressed up for the hunt, I grabbed my action camera and put it on my head to catch all the action.   The ensuing video is the result of this hunt.  I hope you enjoy it.
